Acme Lofts, LoDo, Downtown Denver

Want to live in the Acme Lofts in LoDo? Call (303) 222-0027 or e-mail info@downtowndenver.condos, and we’ll run a free report for you of what’s for sale in the Acme, as well as similar nearby lofts in LoDo.

The Acme Lofts is one of Denver’s first and most well-known loft conversion projects. What was once the divine Brecht Chocolate and Candies Factory, built in 1907, was converted into lofts in 1992 – before “LoDo” was even named LoDo and lofts had become so popular in Denver.

With its red brick exterior (and interior), exposed timbers and duct work, as well as large windows and units, the Acme Lofts are a popular choice for loft buyers who want to be close to all the best that Denver has to offer.

The Acme lofts is ideally located on the Cherry Creek river, just a few blocks from the Pepsi Center, and across the street from Denver’s Auraria campus. Travel a few blocks to the north, past the 16th Street Mall, and you’re at Union Station, which will soon have a lightrail route to DIA (Denver International Airport). Go west on Speer Boulevard from the Acme Lofts, and there’s easy access to I-25.

One of the biggest selling points of the Acme Lofts is that the building is located on the “quiet” end of LoDo, away from those crowds that Coors Field and the LoDo bars, restaurants, and nightclubs draw.

Acme Lofts has one bedroom lofts and two bedroom lofts.
