Things to consider when you’re looking for a condo for sale on or near one of Denver’s beautiful parks include:
•is the condo building actually on the park or just nearby
•if the condo building is on the park, will your unit have good views of the park
•is there any chance that the views from your condo will ever be obstructed
•what features are in the park that you might use on a regular basis (e.g. a rec center, walking or running trails, playgrounds, lakes, driving range, etc.)
•how many events are held in the park each year, and will you enjoy them or will the crowds and noise annoy you
